Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Used items are not eligible for return
- Proof of purchase is required
Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective or incorrect due to our error, customers must provide clear evidence (photos or videos) showing the defect.
We do not accept claims where damage or defects are caused after delivery or due to customer handling.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval
