Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Used items are not eligible for return
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, including personal care products and opened items.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective or incorrect due to our error, customers must provide clear photo or video evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not accept claims where damage is caused after delivery.
Change of Mind
Returns due to change of mind may not be accepted unless the item meets all return conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
Refunds will not be issued without receiving the returned item unless agreed otherwise.
We reserve the right to offer a replacement or partial refund where appropriate.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact your payment provider before reaching out to us.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this, orders may already be processed.
